A typical conveyancing transaction involves the transfer of legal title of property from one person to another.

Once we receive notification of your upcoming transaction, we gather additional documentation from your realtor/mortgage lender, as applicable. We perform various due diligence searches regarding title, property taxes etc and liaise with all parties involved with the file. After signing of necessary documents and review closing financial statements, the exchange of title for funds take place on the completion date, while you receive the keys through your realtor.
